What is the standard print poster size?
We print posters on either our small-format or large-format printers. Here are the standard sizes for each.
Small format
- 8” x 10”
- 8.5” x 11”
- 11” x 17”
Large format
- 18” x 24”
- 24” x 36”
We can also print your poster to any custom size. We’re not here to box you in!
What paper types work best for poster printing?
Best-fit materials will vary by how posters are printed. For small-format printing, you can choose from a range of paper weights and finishes. We’ve got options depending on your use-case and priorities. Ask your account manager about FSC-certified and recycled paper to support your sustainability goals. Planning to hang your posters outside? We can suggest synthetic paper to stand up to the elements.
When you cross over into large-format poster printing, you can choose from matte or gloss TriSolv paper—a water-based permanent acrylic adhesive.
What is your turnaround time for poster printing?
Our normal turnaround is 5-7 business days. If you are in a time crunch and need a job completed sooner, let us know and we can rush these for a fee.
