What surfaces are best for floor decals?
Floor decals are best applied to smooth, clean, dry surfaces. Foot traffic can easily compromise a floor graphic that has been applied to a rough or textured surface, which can quickly affect the decal’s longevity.
Will your floor decals work on carpet?
Floor graphics will stick to carpets, but it’s not ideal. They’ll wear down and develop waves and wrinkles in the material as soon as the foot traffic starts rolling.
Will your floor decals work on concrete?
Yes! Smooth clean concrete is ideal for floor graphics.
Will your floor decals work on tile?
Yes! Smooth, clean tile floor is also ideal for floor decals.
Can you use floor graphics outside?
You can use floor graphics outside. Exposure to the elements will shorten their lifespan, though, and their durability is not guaranteed.
Can your floor decals be die cut into custom shapes?
Yes! We can contour cut the outer edges of the floor graphic to standard or custom shapes.
Can floor decals be easily removed?
Yes, floor decals should be fairly easy to remove. Although the longer it has been on the ground, the more difficult it may become. Use of a putty knife may be helpful to lift the edges. Residue left behind can be cleaned up with soapy water.
