Are these tents suitable for all weather conditions (rain, wind, sun)?
Pop-up tents are all-weather heroes, but think of them as more of a rain jacket than haz-mat suit. They provide shade even on the hottest days and keep precipitation off your precious materials. No guarantees when it comes to hurricane-force winds or the ever-delightful sideways rain.
We always recommend weighing down your tents when exhibiting outdoors and offer a wide selection from sand-bags to water weights and ballasts. Your account manager can help you select the best anchors for your tent and use-case.
How portable are your pop-up tents?
The best part about a pop-up tent might just be their ability to pop down. The tent frame collapses down to fit in a convenient carrying case. Unfortunately our carrying cases don’t have Mary Poppins-bag powers, so your collapsed tent will still have some weight to it. We can provide specific dimensions and weights for your tent model of choice before production so you can make the best choice for you.
How do you pop-up a pop-up tent?
With a friend! Sure, seasoned pros can pop a tent right up in the middle of an event venue without breaking a sweat. But it’s always easier with a few sets of hands. We like to assign a team member to each corner and one to the middle. When you’re ready, the corner folks slowly pull away from center, and the middle person ducks under the tent to push (or crank) up the apex hardware. Legs will need to be extended, and each junction gets fastened into place. Practice makes perfect, so plan for a trial run before the big day.
What kind of designs would I print on a pop-up tent?
Logos are the most common thing we print on our pop-up tents. A well-designed logo is evergreen and recognizable from a distance, making your tent appropriate for all kinds of occasions. But the world is your oyster (or dog park)! You can provide your own art or work with our in-house designers to create the perfect visuals for your pop-up tent.
Pro-tip: Avoid the fine print! Remember, your pop-up tent will be, at a minimum, above most people’s heads. Keep your message and visuals simple so anyone can get the picture from far away.
