Our Planet

A Triple Bottom Line Approach

At YellowDog, we believe that we have a responsibility to improve our environment through our business practices and community interactions. It isn’t just about Profit – our bottom line includes People and the Planet as well.

Earth-Friendly Print Product Options

We’re happy to consult on how to make your print project as earth-friendly as possible. Whether your business is trying to meet environmental certification criteria, measure the carbon impact of your print assets, or build responsible print sourcing into your brand, we’re here to help! We can recommend and provide any percentage of post-consumer waste (PCW) paper stocks, design fully-recyclable product packaging, advise on paper-based and easy-to-recycle signage options, and even recycle your coroplast signage with our yard sign takeback program.

When you print with YellowDog, you can rest assured that we’re using eco-solvent inks for every project, keeping our impact top of mind, and holding our production facility to green standards set by the City of Denver and the State of Colorado.

YellowDog recycle your yard sign program.

Yard Sign Takeback Program

Yard signs are one of YellowDog’s most popular print products. However, because corrugated plastic (coroplast) is classified as a hard-to-recycle (H2R) material, the City of Denver’s residential recycling program, unfortunately, cannot take them.

To address this, YellowDog initiated its own Yard Sign Takeback Program, becoming an official dropoff point for yard signs or any other coroplast signage, listed in the City of Denver’s recycling directory.
