What does strategic planning entail?
Strategic planning primarily entails discovery, analysis, toolkit-building and tactical plan development.
Before we spring into action, we need to know who you are, where you are, and where you want to go. We’ll begin with a kickoff meeting with your team, followed by background (provided by you), follow-up questions (from us), research (conducted by us), and reporting.
With everything we have learned, we will put together a 6-12 month marketing plan, identifying specific tactics and channels we will utilize to help you reach your goals.
How long does strategic planning take?
We recommend allowing at least four weeks for strategic planning, although it depends on your size, goals and budget. If you’re on a tight schedule, we can work with you on an accelerated timeline. If your budget is limited, we can spread our work together out over time to make the monthly cost more manageable.
