Our Community

Our Community

Community is one of our three core values.

Sunny, mile-high Denver, Colorado has given so much to us as a business that we couldn’t imagine opening our doors anywhere else. Since our beginning in 2005, engagement with the local community and giving back have been baked into YellowDog culture. It’s just who we are. Through business association memberships and collaborations with local nonprofits, we’re making a positive pawprint locally. These associations and organizations help us stay values-driven and accountable to the greater good

YellowDog is a proud local member of:

B:CIVIC

B:CIVIC is the only organization in Colorado focused for professionals and business leaders in for-profit companies who are as passionate about giving back as they are about growing successful companies.  B:CIVIC provides companies of all types and sizes the information, insight and a network to learn more about how to be civic-minded while meeting business goals.

The RiNo Arts District

The RiNo Art District is a distinctive area of north Denver that is inclusive of four historical neighborhoods: Globeville, Elyria- Swansea, Five Points and Cole. The district started as a grass roots movement by local artists that wanted to connect the arts organizations in the area.

Although our new location in northeast Denver’s Clayton neighborhood isn’t technically within the bounds of the RiNo Arts District, we’re very nearby. We support RiNo as a “friend and associate,” or a business outside the District who regularly collaborates with RiNo locations and wishes to support the RiNo Art District’s efforts.
