Western States Printing Alliance, 2020
This Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming print competition celebrates the extraordinary craft of creating unique and incredibly beautiful printed material. YellowDog’s print work was announced a winner in the categories of large format prints and poster prints in March 2020.
From the award announcement:
“For their office entryway, YellowDog created a large scale mural of an image by Colorado artist, Robin Gates. The style, color, and affection in the art captures YellowDog’s brand ethos. Scaling the original print to 220″ wide by 185″ tall, it covers a full wall and overlaps into a glass-walled conference room. It was printed with 6c inks on Mojave 4 mil wall graphic removable vinyl.”
The Hug Your Dog mural also took ‘best in category’ for Large/Grand Format Print. Our other office mural, Curiosity Community Creativity, won silver.
Our Mile High City poster won honorable mention in the poster/art reproduction category.
