Do you want something repositionable or more permanently fixed? Do you want to place it on the inside or outside of your windows? Would you like it to double as a privacy shade? Will this be a standard window-shaped graphic, or a specialty shape? Are you going for a frosted or etched glass effect? The window graphics edge

What are the benefits of well-designed window graphics? They’re a versatile physical touchpoint for your brand, serving a number of purposes at the same time. Effective storefront graphics go a long way to:

  • Gain street traffic and drawing in passers-by
  • Communicate your products and services at a glance
  • Create visual brand cohesion across several locations
  • Easily promote seasonal campaigns
  • Provide privacy and shade for the inside of your space
  • Convert window shoppers into buyers!

FAQ:

  • What is the difference between a window cling and a window decal?
A static cling is repositionable. A decal has adhesive on the backside making it not repositionable for the most part.
  • Can a decal be applied on the inside of the glass facing out?
Yes. There is more than one way to tackle this option so please ask your account manager for more details on your specific needs.
  • What is window perf?
Perforated window film (window perf) is applied to the outside of the window to be viewed from the outside of the window. The outer graphic keeps people from seeing into the storefront but from the inside you can see everything outside.
  • Can you die cut/shape cut window decals?
Yes. Die cut decals and cut vinyl lettering are a nice way to display storefront logos and hours.
  • Does die cut vinyl require a certain type of artwork?
Yes. Vector files are needed for cut vinyl. Typical vector file types are .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg. Generally a .pdf file is a vector file, but depending on how it was originally created it may be a raster file.
  • How do I remove vinyl from windows?
Vinyl window decals can be removed by using a razor glass scraper. Adhesive residue left behind can be removed with soapy water. Spraying the glass with soapy water and then using the scraper again on the residue works well.
  • Do you have the vinyl that looks like etched glass?
Yes. We have two options for that material. One has silver metallic flecks and the other does not. This material is typically used for privacy on conference room glass but is not limited to that. It allows light to pass through but anything on the other side of the glass will appear very vague and blurred out.
