What size is the standard step and repeat?The two most popular sizes ordered are an 8’ Step and Repeat Display and a 10’ Step and Repeat Display. Please contact your account manager for questions regarding custom sizing.

What is included when I order a step and repeat display with YellowDog?When you order a step and repeat display, it will include the full color polyester fabric graphic, hardware & soft carrying case. The display also comes with a warranty: 2 year hardware warranty, 1 year graphic and soft case warranty.

How much does it weigh?The 8’ step & repeat hardware + graphic + soft carrying case weighs 16.75 lbs. The 10’ step & repeat hardware + graphic + soft carrying case weighs 17 lbs.

Can you help set up my display?When you order this display, we can provide set up instructions. We can also go through the process at our office location to demonstrate how to set up the display.

I already have the hardware. Can you print a new graphic?Yes! You can order a new graphic if you already own hardware. You can also order the hardware separately.

What is the turnaround time for this?The standard turnaround time for this is about 7-10 business days after proof approval.

Do you offer proofs before printing the display?Yes! We will offer a digital proof prior to the production of the display. The order will not go into the production queue until proof approval is received.

What file type is best?Vector EPS, AI, or PDF files are preferred as they will be scalable.
