Design jobs are charged by the hour. Typical graphic design projects are $120/hr. We bill in 15 min increments.

A graphic designer does more than just put their creative skills to work. Qualified graphic designers are creative, but they have also spent time studying numerous design principles. It’s important to understand how to use design elements to convey the required messages and values as well as evoke a certain feeling in the viewer. As a visual communicator, they use different design elements and use concepts such as color, typography, space, balance, form and lines to create their visual message. Our qualified graphic designers are also able to understand the more technical aspects of design required to create digital assets for a brand or product. For example, a print designer understands how to design your piece to work best for its final printed form. We can optimize colors and resolution for output, as well as set up for file with bleeds, fold lines and other elements to create the final piece.

Be prepared to communicate clearly and often about what you want from the graphic designer. The more specific you can be when you fill out your request the more likely the final product will reflect your vision. Communicating clearly and minimizing revisions will hold down your expenses. Our graphic designers include one or two rounds of changes in their project price.

We typically supply design files as print-ready PDFs, as well as JPG, PNG, EPS or other file types as needed. We also archive all work for later use and revisions.

We listen to our clients from the start. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas before we start the design process. Once the design project is ready for print we will submit a final proof for the customer’s approval before submitting to production.

We can generally accommodate rush jobs, although a rush fee may be added.

Most design jobs take between 3-5 business days, although rush jobs, and other factors may lengthen that time period.
