Client Goals

YellowDog met local Denver Real Estate Agent, Stacey Rohrer, in the fall of 2019, in the way most real estate agents get introduced: a referral. She was looking for a branding studio that could help her launch her own real estate business, something that she had been quietly planning in her free time and was ready to make a reality.
Stacey is driven, resourceful, and a planner – she knew exactly what she needed for her burgeoning business, and in exactly which order. However one thing she needed an extra hand with was creating an authentic brand that would make her business stand out and feel unique to her personality and special skills.
Our Process

Logo and Branding: Before Stacey could officially launch her business, she needed a branding strategy, a name, and a logo that would reflect her one-of-a-kind modus operandi. She came up with the name, Rohrer Residential, and we helped her with the rest. First, our design team got to know Stacey on a personal level, and came up with a contemporary logo and style that matched her personality: professional, knowledgeable, and fun. The graphic design strategy we created for her would help to deliver a branded, genuine customer experience that was uniquely her own.
Print and Marketing Materials: For any real estate business, marketing materials are a key lead generation tool. Stacey’s new branding set the stage for a digital and physical business launch. We quickly got to work assembling a collection of printed materials that she would use regularly for her business as well as a direct mailer that would be the first step in a print marketing campaign. The assortment of print items included business cards and postcards, branded soft touch folders for storing her client’s documents, and custom signage to call attention to her sold and open houses. We even turned her logo into a vinyl window graphic to promote her new storefront.
On the digital side, we helped Stacey set up her business’s social media presence through a variety of content that hinted at her approaching launch. We also set Stacey up with an arsenal of customizable social media templates and graphics that she could use to keep her followers engaged and updated.
Outcomes

Through our branding efforts, we physically and digitally brought to life Stacey’s personality and her new business, setting her up with an original brand persona that she could be proud of and take anywhere – both physically and digitally.
Equipped with a portfolio of printed marketing materials as well as a social media presence to get the ball rolling, she was ready to launch her business just a few months into a global pandemic. Stacey was a fledgling flying solo but looming large with a suite of fully branded business materials. Now she can soar.
